Fuse Box

Typically under the seat. GSX-R models may have a secondary fuse box near the battery. Blade-type fuses. SV650 and V-Strom have accessible fuse boxes under the seat.

Relay Tap Points

  • Turn signals: verify wire colors with service manual — Suzuki varies between models
  • Horn: LG wire at the horn assembly
  • Key switch: O wire at fuse box for switched 12V
  • Always-hot 12V: R/W wire at battery with inline fuse

Notes

  • V-Strom and SV650 are among the easiest installs due to accessible wiring
  • GSX-R sport bikes are very tight — plan mounting location carefully
  • Suzuki wire colors are less consistent between models — always verify
